IJA Developers Share Company (IJA) is a public enterprise established by the Government of Oromia Regional State. IJA is run and operated as a business entity governed by commercial laws of Ethiopia and the regional state. Property Development (PD) is the core business of the company.
IJA’s investment decisions and business operations are made based on sound evidence and in alignment with regional government’s development plan. To this end, the company has conceived the IJA Property Development Program for Prosperous Ethiopia.
