IMAHELPS ECUADOR is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, dedicated to transforming lives through sustainable health care in Ecuador’s most underserved communities. Driven by compassion and powered by volunteers, we provide free medical and surgical care, deliver life-saving medicines, and supply essential resources to thousands of individuals and families who would otherwise go without. Each mission brings powerful moments of healing: a mother surviving surgery, a child finally living pain-free, a family comforted by the knowledge they are not forgotten. These life-changing outcomes are made possible by the generosity of people like you—volunteers, donors, and advocates who believe health care is a human right, not a privilege.
