Our lead program iosH2, now advancing to Phase 1 studies, is a multi-functional fusion protein that blocks specific LILRB (leukocyte immunoglobulin-like) receptors and thereby activates anti-tumor responses in multiple cancers with monotherapy and in combination with checkpoint inhibitors (CTLA-4, PD-1, PD-L1, CD47) and costimulatory agonists (e.g. 4-1BB).
