IMP-Telecommunications Ltd. is a prominent Serbian embedded systems design house. It was established in 1997 as a fully owned spin-off company of the Michael Pupin Institute (IMP), the leading ICT research and development center in Southeast Europe. The company is oriented towards international market, focusing on helping product manufacturers and vendors to develop customized hardware, firmware and products.
Our company, as an Eastern European R&D offshore destination, can provide very high quality/cost ratio, among the best in the industry. In business terms we are offering contract R&D, consulting, licensing/selling of proprietary IP, development of conceptual designs and evaluation modules, as well as Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) service.
IMP-Telecommunications service portfolio covers entire embedded devices’ development cycle, from drafting system requirements to prototyping and manufacturing. Our design team is experienced in designing DSP-based and FPGA-based high-performance hardware. Strong expertise in embedded software, RTOS development and optimization of DSP algorithms guarantees highest quality of delivered firmware. Proven know-how in multi-layer PCB design, design for EMC and design for manufacture enables us to deliver highest-quality production-ready prototypes. Additionally, the company offers a small-scale manufacturing service, including development of specialized test rigs.
