We are IMPACT Roofing and Building Ltd, an award-winning roofing company based in east London.
Specializing in torch on felt systems and cold applied liquid systems, all our work is of a very high standard with every roof being installed with same level of care, workmanship and safety no matter the size. Safety is of the upmost importance which is constantly promoted throughout the work force. We are also members of the Safe2Torch Campaign.
We are fully insured and certified by CHAS, Constructionline gold and NFRC. We are also an ISO 9001 & 14001 certified company. We are approved installers of a range of systems such as Langley, Bauder , SIG, Triflex and MOY. Our main office is currently situated in London and we also have a Midlands office, meaning we can cover the entire London, Essex and Midland areas. We have a great relationship with our suppliers and Clients and are currently installing professional systems on large scale commercial and domestic properties. We also specialise in pitched roofing works of which we carry out a great deal residential new roofs and repairs for multiple clients.
We are also proud members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme of which we won the most considerate company in the country award 2018 & 2019 for our high levels of commitment and consideration towards the public, our workforce and the environment.
All operatives are fully qualified in safety awareness, manual handling working at heights, UKATA, CSCS, NVQ lv 2 and COSHH with Management also certified in SMSTS, SEATS, CISRS, and NVQ lv 6.
