EXPERTISE
ImpactYourCareer is founded by Valérie Rath. Her experience in career guidance and coaching comes from an academic legal studies at the UvA, an EQA Practitioner certified coaching study and 10+ years' of working experience in Recruitment, Talent Management and HR.
This broad knowledge and expertise is used on a daily basis for our goal-driven coaching for career orientation, re-integration and outplacement.
Professionals from different sectors approach us for guidance, for example in Education, Government, Legal Profession, Banks, FMCG and Consultancy.
And many HBO/WO students and HAVO/VWO high school know where to find us for a flying start in their careers.
