Imperium Synergy was founded in year 2018 to specialize in crop production in the horticulture field more so for the European Union and Asian export market.
The company currently harvests 10,000 kg of gross products a week and exports annually over 500 Mt of fresh produce by air all over Europe and Dubai, to leading importers. The company grew from its single production site to three sites, and now cultivates nearly 100 hectares of arable land from its in house production alone. In total, Imperium Synergy employs over 200 workers spread across three geographical locations in Kenya; and approximately 80% of the workers are women.
