We empower social change by linking research and action. We equip civil society organisations and change agents with the tools and expertise needed to secure sustainable funding. Our methodology combines the rigour of research with a deep understanding of the grantmaking ecosystem to develop sound and effective fundraising strategies. We offer one-on-one consulting services, grantwriting, and hands-on training in grantseeking and fundraising, as well as LinkedIn coaching to build strategic alliances with funders. Our aim is to strengthen civil society's capacity to systematise knowledge and proven processes in fund management, generating continuous learning and recording experiences. Annually we seek to publish a compilation of our experiences (with ISBN) that delves into findings, conclusions, and best practices to ensure replication of successful initiatives. With ImpLab, we are not only interested in securing funding (we often find that lack of funding is sometimes a justification for major problems in the social impact of the organisation) but in generating knowledge and building lasting impact.
