With over 20 years in corporate leadership and Human Resources, over 30 years of teaching and over 1000 hours working with clients of all ages and abilities in a yoga setting, I can work with you to use the many tools of yoga to bring Work Life Joy to you and your employees.
In our work together, I’ll help you create a toolset that you can have at your disposal. Whether in a business setting, small group or one-on-one, we'll work together to look at all layers of the individual. We'll also see what effective tools already are in place. We'll supplement those tools with yoga, breathing, meditation, and more.
