جمعية إنعاش الأسرة جمعية خيرية تنموية غير ربحية، تأسست في مدينة البيرة عام 1965، بمبادرة قادتها مجموعة من النساء الفلسطينيات المتطوعات وعلى رأسهن المرحومة السيدة سميحة خليل،ثم واصلت الجمعية مسيرتها الرائدة برئاسة السيدة فريدة العارف العمد وزميلاتها اللواتي حملن الرسالة، وقطعن العهد لفلسطين الوطن والشعب، أن يستمر هذا الصرح الوطني في مد يد العون والعطاء على رحاب الأرض الفلسطينية كافة،حيث اعتمدت الجمعية في هيئتها الإدارية النسائية على العمل التطوعي نهجاً في مسيرة عملها.لتحقيق أهداف خيرية وطنية بكافة جوانبها الاجتماعية والإنسانية والثقافية والاقتصادية.
