We here at Inclusive Nutrition strive to empower our participants to realise their nutrition goals through implementing interventions that are achievable, flexible, and sustainable over time. As Specialist Disability Dietitians, we believe Dietitians play a significant role in empowering people, their families, and carer(s) to achieve optimal nutrition and improve overall quality of life. We offer expertise, guidance, and practical support to address the unique nutrition needs people with disability may have. Our Dietitians possess an in-depth understanding of the NDIS, and its requirements. Our Dietitians are flexible with the way we deliver our dietetic services and can be provided in the following settings: In-home Supported independent living (SIL) Specialist disability accommodation (SDA) School Visits Via Telehealth/phone Clinic appointments are also available upon request Our mobile Dietitians service the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and Maitland.
