Indeema Fiber is a next generation multifunctional fiber company dedicated to the manufacturing and production of GEL-Spinning, MELT-Spinning and WET Spinning machines. MELT-Spinning can be used in recycling the plastic wastage and manufacturing the stretched polymeric micro-fibers. WET-Spinning is used to fabricate the hollow micro-fibers used in water purification technology. We are also involved in designing, developing and fabricating the advanced ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers and ultrahigh molecular weight polypropylene (UHMWPP) fibers using GEL-Spinning respectively. Our pioneering Gel- Spinning, technology provides a manufacturing method of bulletproof fabrics using UHMWPE fibers designed to absorb/mitigate the physical attacks on the respective material structures. Our initial research goal is to provide well equipped GEL-Spinning machine with advanced high protection body armours using high tensile strength UHMWPE fibers; that can be used as an innovative portable products for defence application.
