Independence Bookkeeping is owned and operated by Anne Lindeman, an accounting professional with an MA in business and a BA in communications. As an entrepreneur herself, Anne knows first hand what it takes to run a small business and has engineered Independence Bookkeeping around the flexibility and freedom that the modern business owner requires.
After spending 20 years in the corporate world, Anne chose to leave her 9 to 5 job to pursue the freedom and satisfaction that only comes with being your own boss. The newfound freedom allowed her to build Exit 4 from the ground up with her husband Derek, all the while being a full-time mother to her two children, Deanna and Rex. With Independence Bookkeeping, Anne hopes to help other business owners free up their time for what matters the most to them: family, friends, and success.
