Indian School Salalah has an excellent infrastructure and state of art facilities. Besides a lush green playground, the school has very spacious and well equipped Physics, Chemistry, Biology and four Computer Science laboratories, Junior Science and Maths laboratories, an Audio Visual Aids room, a fully computerized library and a multipurpose hall as well as an imposing stage overlooking the playground. Also ISS has gone hi-tech with Smart Boards.
NABET (National Accreditation Board for Education and Training) is a constituent Board of Quality Council of India that offers an accreditation program for schools with a view in providing a framework for the effective management and delivery of the holistic education program aiming at the overall development of students and since AY 2022-23, the school has got NABET accreditation and is a NABET Accredited school.
At present the school has around 3922 students on its rolls. It has classes from LKG to XII and these classes run into several sections the total of which is 114.
