Industrial Platform Remo Free Zone (IPRFZ) is a Public-Private Partnership of ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (IIP) and the Ogun State Government in Nigeria, to design, finance, build and operate an integrated, world-class & sustainable Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in Sagamu, Ogun State, Nigeria.
IPRFZ is superbly located within the ~5000-Hectare Remo Economic Development Cluster in Ogun State, which also comprises an AfDB Designated Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ) and an aerotropolis; Gateway International Airport – the second international airport in South-West Nigeria.
The zone’s extensive plans cover agro and non-agro industries, as well as include industrial, commercial, residential & logistics areas; natural gas supply; storage solutions, operations & maintenance facilities; and other key utilities.
At IPRFZ, we exist to address Nigeria’s key challenges - unemployment, rising income inequalities, climate change, limited industrialization and infrastructure financing, by creating local transformation, and maximizing production, efficiency & cost, in turn generating local value addition.
