Industrial Rescue specialises in Emergency and Rescue planning, Evacuation management, Emergency Rescue Team training, and providing fully trained Rescue teams. Industrial Rescue consultants provide thorough situational analysis, detailed risk assessments, scenarios, emergency planning, and table top exercises; incorporating in house response, and the predicted attendance from public sector emergency services. Our Training Needs Analysis will establish the current skill set your team, what the team needs to accomplish the plans, and a Needs Gap Analysis to determine the level of development required to deliver it. We provide detailed competency frameworks, create bespoke programs to address skills acquisition, and develop training programs to maintain everything they're now trained to do. The Industrial Rescue team is built from some of the most highly trained personnel from the UK Fire and Rescue Service. Made of not only Fire Fighters, but also Search and Rescue, Working at height, Swift Water Rescue and Confined Space Rescue Specialists.
