The Industry Competence Committee (ICC) was formed under the Building Safety Act 2022 to advise both the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) and industry on matters of competence.
As a group of industry experts, the ICC has a shared drive to improve competence across the design, construction and operation of all buildings. We want to make sure that minimum standards of competence are adopted across the whole industry.
