Infinite Water Inc. has been established to provide a technical financial entity that can deliver pure affordable drinking water, throughout the world, using our patented Thermoelectric Atmospheric Water Generator technology, that is applicable to the widest range of potable water markets. Infinite Water Inc. is also an operating private equity (OPE) which is a title used by venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) firms to describe a role dedicated to working with privately held companies to increase value. Our role is created by two large-capitalization private equity groups with the importance of driving corporate growth to add value by infusing financial assistance. Firms with operating partners understand that value creation potential is better achieved by a fully dedicated and experienced partner than relying solely upon external consultants and current top stack. The operating partnership role has evolved Infinite Water Inc. into a full-time position as an investment partner.
