A healthcare marketing and disruptive product development. She started her career over 25 years ago working with Kaiser Permanente to launch the Senior Advantage product offering and working with Grey, Landor and RappCollins. Since then, she has worked in over 10 different healthcare and disruptive tech companies in roles from Channel Director to Digital Marketing and Transformational Leadership. Larger entities have acquired five of the companies she worked at.
Jennifer has launched several market firsts in the US, UK and China for Medtronic [resipiratory solutions], Arthrocare, Omnicell, Hitachi and Enhanced Vision. From Cancer treatment, Spine solutions, and Medication management.
In her recent full-time role at Vocera [now Strkyer] she led a digital marketing team of 7 web developers, designers, and media strategists to pivot the company during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Recently, Jennifer has consulted for non-profits, emerging tech and medical companies, and SMBs to build new revenue streams and create experiences that drive conversion, and delight the customer. These companies include Shotspotter, MeritTrust, Medcore MD, Vista Center for the Bline and Visually Impaired and ClientFirst Consulting [focusing on local city government].
ShotSpotter Work
Jennifer developed the healthcare market by collaborating closely with trauma surgeons throughout the county to build bridges with local Police Departments that improve time to respond to GSW victims.
She supported work with Cooper Health and Camden PD, demonstrating the value of SST technologies and trauma center partnerships. Since leaving Shotspotter, Jennifer has donated her own time to continue collaborating on studies, papers, and assorted projects with Stanford and other healthcare organizations.
