We are committed to ensure that all school going children attain grade level learning outcomes by working with district and state administration. To attain this, we support effective implementation of already existing programs and co design suitable district specific contextual programs with stakeholders to address critical issues. At the district, we will support the District Collector in District Education Quality Improvement Programmes (DEQUIP) related to planning, implementation, and its monitoring, which leads to improved students' learning outcomes. Towards this, we deploy well qualified teams as a Project Management Unit (PMU) for Collector and co create the solution with existing Government stakeholders to improve quality of education in the district. We work with school level to understand the complexity of the problem and design appropriate solutions at a scale. Our core area of work within district includes Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), Improving academic performance of students studying in upper primary grades (Class 6, 7, and 8), Improving leadership capacity of middle level leadership in the district and increasing number of class 12 students who clear competitive exams and get admission into premier institutions from the District.
