Personal trainer providing services in the home for those requiring specialized and adapted programs. I have the Level I Autism Fitness Professional Certification which incorporates physical, cognitive, and adaptive functioning for individuals of all ages on the autism spectrum. I also provide services for seniors who need assistance when physical therapy through insurance is not available. I can work with all ages to continue any type of post rehab program or to work with those who have long term need of a program that changes with their abilities. Examples would be those with cancer, MS, head traumas, stroke, CP, or any other physically challenging diagnosis. I have over thirty years experience as a physical therapist and am now venturing out to help those who cannot get or no longer qualify for insurance paid physical therapy.
