Inka roastery is a female-run coffee roastery in Tattarisuo, Helsinki, founded by Pamela in 2015. I am originally from the land of the Incas and from where the name of the Inka roastery comes from. When I came to Finland, I wanted to start a company that combines something that Finns like and supports farmers in Peru. There came the idea for a coffee roastery.
The goal of Inka roastery is to change consumers' behavior to choose sustainably produced coffees. Inka roastery roasts delicious coffee that comes from small farmers. Our farmers do a lot of work at the farm with a lot of knowledge and passion. The farmers are paid decent compensation for it. We source coffees that support female farmers, biodiversity, and the local community for example E-cafe school project in Chiapas, Mexico.
Our Ethiopia Natural coffee has won best espresso of the year 2018 and came second place at Helsinki Coffee Festival 2024. Besides coffees, we provide teas as well. Our Organic Orange Black Tea won best flavoured tea at Helsinki Coffee Festival 2024. We provide coffee machine and training to offices and cafes. In addition, you will get all the necessary snacks and items to your office's breakroom from us.
