Our Mission: - to perform scientific research activities (fundamental and applied), innovation and development in the field of processes, technologies and technical equipment necessary to mechanize and automate the agricultural and food industry processes, at the highest quality level in Europe. Our Vision: - to become a point of reference in all areas of research & design for the Romanian agriculture and a forefront premium supplier of services in design and testing / certification for the main European manufacturers of agricultural equipment. Core Values: Innovation, TeamWork, Passion, Customer Commitment, Respect for People, Integrity, Quality and Accountability, all come from our 93 years old heritage and from a great team spread out on 3 generations. Add a large pool of patents (~400) obtained along our history and over 50 currently pending and get an image on our large Know-How base. Our Services are centered around: • the creation of new technologies, technical devices and equipment, specific to AGRICULTURE 4.0, digital and Food Safety concepts, Renewal Sources of Energy and Technology Transfer trough our business incubator INMA-ITA. • Testing & Certification of various equipment in EU regulated and non-regulated field • Training, professional Specialization and personnel Certification in the agriculture mechanization related fields.
