I am sensing that you may be here because something must be really weighing heavily on you. Perhaps you may be experiencing the feeling of fear and loneliness of having to tackle something so big on your own. Or do you happen to be going through a life transition leading you to question your self-worth and identity? Do you wonder if there’s any hope after a traumatic event(s) that you had never asked for? Perhaps that trauma originated from many generations ago, from a tragic loss, or when your sense of safety was stolen from right underneath you.
It is my hope that in our work together, you won’t have to feel alone in what you are facing. I believe that healing and transformation starts from within. My approach is mainly in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) which focuses on healing and emotional growth by helping you access and process overwhelming emotions at your own pace. However, I will integrate other approaches to best fit your journey.
I plan on walking alongside of you every step of the way to explore your struggles and find ways to lessen the burden you are carrying. I hope to shoulder the weight with you by working together on the following concerns that you may have:
