Inner City Women’s Group is an independent Charitable Trust; approved by Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Justice and Department of Corrections. For almost 30 years we have supported women especially those affected by domestic violence. We work closely with local communities, agencies, and other organisations to really make a difference for women whose lives are impacted by family violence or anger. We are members of Te Kupenga Whakaoti Mahi Patunga/National Network Stopping Violence Services, Saftinet, The Auckland Coalition for the Safety of Women & Children, Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) and Social Development Partners.

Work in a culturally appropriate manner through acknowledging women's cultures.
Help break the cycle of domestic violence and child abuse.
Offer expertise, skills training through the provision of community based services.
Provide services that are accessible in terms of time and place.
Provide services that are evidence based.
