Innovation for Change (IFC) is a non-profit organization founded in 2013 in Uttar Pradesh, India, dedicated to uplifting underprivileged children and families. Our mission focuses on education, healthcare, livelihood, and women’s empowerment, aiming to create sustainable social change in marginalized communities.
In education, we provide alternative schooling and skill development programs to ensure that children from underserved backgrounds have access to quality learning opportunities. Our healthcare initiatives work to improve access to essential medical services in rural and slum areas, addressing health disparities and promoting well-being.
To enhance financial independence, our livelihood programs offer vocational training and skill development, equipping individuals with the tools they need for sustainable employment. Additionally, we empower women through education, training, and economic opportunities, fostering self-reliance and gender equality.
With three active skill centers in Lucknow, we impact over 15,000 beneficiaries annually. IFC also holds the record for the highest number of street plays conducted in Uttar Pradesh, using innovative approaches to spread awareness on critical social issues. Recognized with the President’s Award in 2015, we continue to expand our reach, ensuring that the most vulnerable populations receive the support they need to build a better future.
