Innovations in Peacebuilding (IP) accompanies and invests in locally-led peace in war-afflicted countries through partnerships, education, networking, and research.
IP was founded in 2009 by Dr. Charles Davidson with the mission to affect sustainable change in war-affected areas. Since its inception, IP has grown from a one-person operation with help from volunteers to a global community, having affected change in 5 war-impacted countries. Currently there are four active programs through which IP accomplishes its work with the support of key partners including George Mason University, AJDC, Kingdom Missions Fund, and others.
Our vision: A world where conflict is solved through nonviolent means, where children soldiery is a distant and outlawed practice of the past, where war-affected areas have since developed into sustainable, prospering, and safe communities experiencing positive peace.
