We are a group licensed therapist, registered pre-licensed therapists, and we are passionate about supporting and educating individuals with depressive and anxiety features learn how to manage and cope. We often jump in and challenge when appropriate. We actively teach new skills and tools. We will keep in mind throughout your treatment plan the reason(s) that brought you into our practice. Our approach is practical, solution-oriented, and focused on your strengths rather than your limitations. We are not just shooting from the hip here. We have obtained extensive education, training, and experience in motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. We use a conversational style that is both natural and authentic to me as a clinician. However, we am not the expert here, you are. Our goal is to strive for alliance so that we can work together, without judgement and with an open mind.
