Inspiring Tomorrow's Leaders' mission is to build and empower tomorrow's leaders by providing mentorship as well as leadership development, job readiness and preparation, social, college preparation, financial literacy, and vocational skills. Our programs utilize a regional presence to address the professional and educational development disparities in the communities we serve.
ITL was created to service communities by educating, developing and empowering people through innovative and holistic leadership approaches, as well as entrepreneurial trainings, that integrate global technology with personal introspection. The company's proven S.A.M. (Sustainability, Accountability, Measurability) methodology results in the creation of dynamic 21st Century Leaders.
Among ITL's unique programs are: Workforce Development Leadership Training, Young Professional Leadership Academy Certification, Student Leadership Academy Certification, GPS for Success, Professional Development Training for Educators, The Parent Leadership Program, Entrepreneur Academy and The Purposeful 21st Century Leadership Certification Program.
To effectively serve their constituents, ITL received the Texas Workforce Commission Self-Sufficiency Grant in partnership with Cedar Valley College to train and place 145 individuals. Over 100 people have been trained with approximately 50 job placements, including veterans and homeless.
