The Institute for Advanced Physical Studies conducts, promotes and manages original interdisciplinary research in physics and other natural sciences by harnessing the intellectual capital of its members and collaborators. The results of the high quality research are intended to produce impact to market and society.
IAPS performs research on topics which follow ideas from physics, chemistry and computer science. This is achieved in close collaboration between different research groups and by joining efforts with external to IAPS organizations. The obtained results from some investigations in research areas as laser physics, nuclear physics, computing and others are intended for implementation in the design and fabrication of practical devices in partnership with technological companies.
