The Institute for Transformational Leadership was founded in 2016 in Barcelona. We are an international consulting firm with a diverse team of consultants, professors and research professionals.
Based on extensive research and the experience of our senior consultants as C-level executives we developed a holistic model to organisational transformation. Our approach empowers top management and professionals at every level to achieve their goals and make transformative change a reality.
