Our non-profit research institute is dedicated to conducting research projects for independent basic and industrial research. Our focus is on the fields of human-technology interaction and affective computing. We promote scientific communication and ensure the dissemination of our research results through academic publications, scientific lectures, and contributions on social media and other exchange platforms. A particular concern of ours is the support of young scientists, which we realize through student competitions, scholarships, and research awards.
Our association is particularly committed to advancing algorithmic approaches in the areas of audio, image, and biosignal analysis, machine learning, and generative artificial intelligence. We analyze ethical, legal, and social aspects of human-technology interaction (ELSI) and create publicly accessible research databases. Additionally, we implement feasibility and user studies for new technologies and products.
