The insurance industry is filled with insurance agency owners and sales people that are miserable. They hate their job, they hate their life, and they hate the industry. Some fear telling others what they do. There is another group that generally likes the industry, but is looking for a little bit more from their life and business. They are not happy choosing to settle for what life has given them.
It is for these reasons the Insurance Sherpa was born.
My name is Anson Ross Thompson, I’m a 40ish White Anglo-Saxon Male that has been in the insurance industry for 25 years. I’m an owner of an independent insurance agency with 2 locations in Indiana and 1 in Denver, Colorado.
I am a raving fan of the insurance industry and have figured out a few hacks to help make my life easier and my agency run smoother.
