Intäktskonsult.se is a group of highly experienced independent management consultants. Our focus is to increase our customers operating margin. Far too many companies are looking solely on the cost side to meet targets for profitability. Cost effectiveness is important - yes, but even more so is the revenue side of a business. While companies have clear revenue targets in their budget, the action plan end execution of the plan tend to live a somewhat separate life. At Intäktskonsult.se we work with our customers to gain better control and understanding of what actually creates revenues - today and tomorrow. It’s a journey. Once the target is set we help our customers getting there. The consultants at Intäktskonsult.se work in different ways, meeting different needs and situations. It can be on an advisory basis, coaching, e.g. to the CEO, the Management team or other parts and individuals with a P&L responsibility. We can also take a role as project managers or interim managers. The mission is always to grow our customers operating margin which we know can be done in all industries.
