Welcome to Integrous Counseling LLC! I’m Ken Holt. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Supervisor, and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, with over 10 years of experience in human services.
My mission is to provide the highest quality counseling to support healthy adjustment to life changes, recovery from anxiety, depression, trauma, problem gambling, and addictive behaviors. I provide person centered care, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, ACT, CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions.
During a session, you can expect a warm introduction, dedicated time identifying and processing your needs, exploring options, setting goals, practicing skills, and making commitments to practice between sessions. We will celebrate the successes and persist through the challenges as you accomplish your goals!
With empathy and support we will explore the reasons for and against making any chosen changes, we will practice mindfulness based cognitive behavioral skills to help you become more aware of how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact one another, and to learn strategies to follow through with your personally chosen goals and values to live your most fulfilling life.
In addition to providing counseling services, I have developed and supervised treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and problem gambling.
