ICA (InterCompany Association) is the network for young professionals in the Netherlands. Since 1989, we've been partnering with a broad range of young professional associations from many of the country’s leading employers. Our mission is to connect, inspire, develop, and celebrate the next generation of leaders. Each year, we host a wide variety of events—both online and in person—including standout experiences like Young Professionals of the Year and Meet the Leaders.
