• Maintains a broad, current knowledge and skill with instructional systems design, educational technology, distance education, and instructional best practices.
• Oversees and provides timely and thorough administration, troubleshooting, training, and support for staff.
• Supervises Curriculum Design personnel with the promotion of quality and customer service while setting and achieving respective team goals and objectives.
• Supports program modification through evaluation of program design, content, linguistic and intercultural requirements, and course development.
