The International Menopause Society (IMS) brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, and affiliated societies from around the world to advance knowledge, education, and care in the field of midlife women’s health.
Founded in 1978, we promote evidence-based education, foster collaborative research, and support the development of policies that improve the quality of care for women during the menopause transition and beyond.
Through our congresses, expert-led resources, and partnerships with global and regional organisations, IMS helps shape the future of menopause care.
We publish Climacteric, the peer-reviewed journal of the Society, and coordinate the Council of Affiliated Menopause Societies (CAMS) to strengthen international collaboration.
Our vision is a world where all women have equitable access to trusted knowledge and best practice healthcare through midlife and beyond.
