IntraHealth provides NHS services to a range of patients through general practice, pharmacies and clinical services such as anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews and childhood immunisation programmes.
We also provide management and clinical support to other GP practices and NHS bodies. We are a well-established organisation having provided NHS services for 20 years. Our team is made up of GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), nurses, pharmacists, Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and local administration teams supported by a centralised back office function; providing finance, HR, administration and data analysis support.
Our core business consists of:
➣ NHS Primary Care Services – 12 medical centres nationwide
➣ NHS Community Pharmacy Services – 5 IntraHealth pharmacies
➣ NHS Community Services – anticoagulation services (warfarin), immunisation / vaccination services, medicines optimisation and clinical pharmacist services nationwide
➣ GP Practice Support – on a formal or ongoing basis or as and when support is needed. We offer:
shared HR management, finance management, procurement and other back office functions
clinical time to fill a short- term gap or to cover secondments, maternity cover etc
provide management support, eg CQC preparation, advice on skill mix, information governance, health and safety, infection control
