Our company was founded in 1948 by Ioannis Andreadis, a refugee from Asia Minor, who until then worked as a baker in bakeries. Timidly, he started trading flour and confectionery raw materials, with initial headquarters in the Vardar area of Thessaloniki, the trade center at the time.
Since 1968 Leonidas Andreadis takes over the business.
Due to the needs, the conditions and the development of the business, in 2002 the company's headquarters are transferred to Efkarpia, Thessaloniki.
In 2007, it moved to privately owned facilities in the Industrial Area. Oreokastro now complying with all modern and European standards required by European legislation and international standards, having installed an ISO 2200 food safety management system.
Since 2000, the third generation of the family, Ioannis Andreadis, has taken over the management of the business.
In our 60 years of operation, we have managed to adapt to the demands of the times and through our responsible and proper work, to be one of the key players in the field of marketing and distribution of confectionery raw materials !
