IRC is based in Beijing (China), with offices in Xi’an (China), Guangzhou (China), Shenyang (China), Shanghai (China), Tianjin (China), Chengdu (China), and Dubai (UAE).
IRC’s enthusiastic team comprises of professional engineers from a number of disciplines and with extensive experience.
