Elstan Engineering was set up in 1994 and moved to its present premises at Balbriggan Business Park in 2007.
Our slogan is ‘Engineering Excellence at your Doorstep’ and with our engineers and designers having over sixty years of “hands on” experience in the industry we will deliver a quality product on time and to the customer’s requirements and satisfaction.
If you require a part specially manufactured to either your sample or drawings we can machine to your specification.
We have a modern and very well equipped precision machine shop with the most up to date gear cutting machines and CNC VMC's/Lathes ranging from Ø12mm to Ø1450mm with up to 500mm face width and with a module range of 0.3 to 14.0.
Our success to date has been our belief that working closely with our clients, right from the feasibility, budgeting and specification stages, through design and manufacture to the final delivery of the work, assures the optimum solution to the clients wishes and this continues to be our philosophy for the future. Elstan Engineering/Irish Gears operate a system of Quality Assurance to ensure that all products are to customer design or product specification.
