I've joined forces with Cristian - an award-winning filmmaker, photographer and visual storyteller. We’re on to increase digital access to relevant practices that support mental health. HOW DOES IT WORK? Every week, we will cover one theme that’s relevant in your life. For every theme, you’ll be invited to explore and heal - using written and video content.
