I've joined forces with Cristian - an award-winning filmmaker, photographer and visual storyteller. We’re on to increase digital access to relevant practices that support mental health. HOW DOES IT WORK? Every week, we will cover one theme that’s relevant in your life. For every theme, you’ll be invited to explore and heal - using written and video content. About Ema I stand for bright living - a life that’s smarter and more luminous. Three years ago, my immunity was compromised. I had asthma and my mental health was challenged. Yoga and meditation have fully, completely changed my life. Now I'm here to offer. That’s why, after 9 years of working in education, I became a Yoga teacher certified through Yoga Alliance, trained at the base of the Himalayas (500hrs Yoga Teacher Train
