The Israeli Cannabis Association Federation (ICAF) is a national nonprofit entity uniting nonprofit cannabis associations that operate Cannabis Social Clubs (CSCs) across Israel under a shared framework of transparency, ethics, and responsible access. Founded by professionals with deep experience in advocacy, community-building, and nonprofit governance, ICAF exists to support the legal, social, and organizational foundations necessary for safe, community-based cannabis use.
