IWN (ITW Women’s Network) is a global employee resource group formed to further enable ITW to attract, develop and retain women leaders in support of the ITW Enterprise Strategy and Goals.
The ITW IWN Upper Midwest Chapter supports women leaders across the sates of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska, with over 260 members representing thirteen ITW companies.
