IWCA Germany e.V. is the official German chapter of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA)—a global network committed to promoting gender equity across the coffee value chain.
Our mission is to strengthen the visibility, participation, and leadership of women in all sectors of the coffee industry—from cultivation and processing to trading, research, and consumption. We work to empower women through professional networking, knowledge exchange, and sustainable, impact-driven projects.
As a non-profit organization, IWCA Germany collaborates closely with both local and international partners to drive systemic change. We provide a platform for women in coffee to build expertise, access resources, grow their influence, and engage in meaningful dialogue at every level of the industry.
