Iyasu's Metaphysical Cleanse Overview
What is a Metaphysical Cleanse? Let’s start with defining the word “metaphysical.” Merriam-Webster defines it: “of, or relating to, things that are thought to exist but that cannot be seen.” This describes aspects of the human experience that we cannot see—for example, our feelings. We know anger, fears, and resentments exist but we cannot see them. Although they are not tangible we can sense them physically and, they can impact our lives on a daily basis; often in very destructive ways. Similar to the effect on our bodies when we carry excess weight, carrying around so-called “negative” feelings can make us feel lethargic, depressed, isolated, lonely, separated, upset, and unworthy. It makes sense that, as a colon hydrotherapist, I would see many clients who deal with excess weight, energy, or skin issues, digestive dysfunctions, and other diseases. Some choose to start a body cleanse to help heal these problems, and include colon hydrotherapy as a way to maximize their cleanse to its full potential. As a metaphysician, I encourage my clients to delve deeper into the other aspects of themselves while embarking on a physical cleanse. When we choose to eliminate certain foods from our diet, emotions that we have swept under the rug often start to surface. As this occurs, I encourage clients to allow these deeper feelings to come up and out so they no longer carry them around. I believe many of the physical issues we suffer from often have an energetic, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual origin. By creating this Metaphysical Cleanse, I intend to offer clients an opportunity to release from their bodies anything that no longer serves them. In doing so, they can eliminate much suffering from their lives. I have seen people heal many physical dysfunctions as a result of this Metaphysical Cleanse.
