The IZEL team travelled for 5 years all over Latin America to find the absolute best of Latin American Food, Latin & South American Entertainment, Cocktails and Cigars, that define the four cornerstones of IZEL.
From Cuba, to Argentina, Mexico to Chile, Peru and more, the team curated the most representative and authentic dishes and modernized their execution, tasted hundreds of cocktails, trained with world class master cigar rollers from Cuba, and interviewed more than 2000 bands all across Latin America.
The stunning interior of IZEL tells the story of ancient Mayan, Aztec and Olmec civilisations through murals, hieroglyphs and stone treasures. Modern Spanish influences can also been seen in the décor with mantilla lace motifs throughout and a series of magnificent artworks, depicting striking Latino females. This dramatic combination of influences creates a carnival of Latin artistry that encourages an energetic lively atmosphere.
In true Latin American style, music and cigars are showcased in IZEL’s extensive Cigar Lounge, boasting one of the largest humidors in Dubai, which houses only finest cigar selection and offers private humidors for returning customers.
IZEL Dubai is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 6.30pm to 3.00am.
