J Warren Consulting ltd is a Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Consultancy, with specialisms in civil & mechanical for the oil & gas, utilities and industrial industries. We offer a range of services, including both pre and post contract management for all aspect on public and private sector projects. We focus on ensuring our clients achieve their aspiration, not only in terms of commercial performance, but in project delivery and socio-economics.
J Warren Consulting was established in Jul-17 by Jacob Warren Kilroy, whom started his construction related career back in his early teenage years as a plasterers mate. Returning to education some years later and after earning his BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying at the University of Salford while working full time. Continuous professional development remains to be a core pillar to his passion with the on-going pursuit of a MSc in Construction Law & Practice.
