Founded in 1890. A company that is firmly committed to the 100% Iberian breed, whose pigs graze through different pastures located in the Sierra de Huelva full of trees of the Quercus genus, from which the acorn falls, their main source of food. Our facilities have large rooms, where our hams and shoulders are cured in unique weather conditions, only available to very few. Our commitment to the pure Iberian pig and its diet in montaneras, is reflected in our work, defense and dedication for the Denomination of Origin Jabugo, which we represent with great appreciation and admiration for all corners of Spain and of course, the world.
